The ones we remember are rarely the biggest.

They're the surf before work. The quiet breakfast after yoga. A family picnic, children playing barefoot, or watching the sun disappear into the ocean with friends.

 

These moments don't need to be extraordinary—they simply deserve to be enjoyed.

 

Jolly began in Bali in 2017 with that belief. After meeting in Spain, we chose to build our life on this beautiful island, inspired by its slower rhythm, incredible tropical fruit and endless coconuts. We couldn't find a frozen treat that was both truly delicious and made with the kind of ingredients we wanted to eat ourselves.

 

So we made our own.

 

From the very beginning, every Jolly has been handcrafted with real fruit, homemade coconut milk and 100% plant-based recipes. No artificial colours. No preservatives. Just simple ingredients, crafted with care.

 

The name Jolly was born from two things we loved: the classic ice lolly and the feeling of joy. As a little bonus, it also echoes the French word joli—meaning beautiful. It felt playful, cheerful and exactly how we wanted people to feel.

 

Today, what inspires us most isn't how many lollies we've made. It's hearing that someone looks forward to their first Jolly every time they return to Bali. It's seeing personalised sticks at a wedding, guests enjoying Jolly by the pool at a beautiful hotel, or families wishing they could take a little piece of Bali home with them.

 

Because we've never believed we're simply making frozen treats.

 

We're creating little reasons to pause, smile and celebrate life.
